These do work just after 1 time. The purple backing can be annoying with wanting to come off. Had to redo the first set I tried due to it sticking to my finger when trying to apply. But once you get it on your teeth my family noticed a difference right away after our first try at it.

Scary looking but awesome!
These things are great! They're a little rough to get used to at first but I worked my way into them. Started with only leaving them in for 15 minutes the first couple times. They have ZERO taste/flavor, which is AWESOME!!!!
